For online purchases, UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to tell the seller they wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions can apply, including to certain personalised goods. Sale prices do not remove statutory rights.

If an item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not use damaged walking equipment.
